NV Pares Balta Brut Cava
Light gold. Spicy mineral and citrus peel aromas, with a hint of yellow plum. Fresh and broad on the palate, showing notes of orange, apple, white peach and floral honey. Soft and supple but has good bite on the back, the orange note repeating and lingering. ST (Sep/Oct 06) The Parellada comes from some of the highest slopes in the Penedes, it dominates the blend and contributes to the fresh floral notes stemming from the cool conditions.
