The shockingly good 2005 Llopart Brut Rose is composed of 60% Monastrell, 20% Garnacha, and 20% Pinot Noir. It is light to medium pink-colored with an attractive mousse, a stylish perfume of strawberry, rose petals, and raspberry, and an elegant personality.
