Chinaco Black Extra Anejo
Zesty, piquant, intensely peppery (jalapeno) scents assert themselves early on in the sniffing process; aeration stimulates deeper aromas, including dill pickle, relish, fiber/textile, oaky vanillin, salt and brine. Entry is sublimely sweet yet salty and peppery, oily and smooth; the mid-plate stage features wonderfully creamy, almost baked goods-like, oily, and tangy flavors that coat the palate and delight the soul. Ends up earthy, sweet, satiny, concentrated, and oily. A classic extra anejo that makes a strong case for aging some substantial tequilas for extended periods.
