Winemaker's notes: The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc show a clear pale straw and offers aromas of lime, guava and a hint of fig. The flavors are a bright, mouth filling medley of ruby grapefruit, lemon lime and tropical notes of guava, papaya, and passion fruit. The wine lingers and would pair well with various cheeses, ceviche, sushi, and pastas Alfredo or primavera.
