This blend has become an Australian classic. Dark Shiraz notes of berry fruit, plum and spice meld with the Cabernet rich mulberry flavors and fine tannins. Attractive cedar and vanilla characters are derived from oak maturation, and contribute good complexity and great length of flavor.
