In 2005 the Chianti Classico Grosso Senese reveals a profile of red fruits, toasted oak and minerals. This is a relatively fresh and slender Grosso Senese, but it shows outstanding balance and poise. It is a terrific effort in this vintage. (June 2008) 90 rp
